The Healthy honey Diet



There are usually two scenarios that one normally faces when it comes to our food and eating habits.
Scenario 1# One eats whatever one likes gorges on all kinds of junk and fast food. All those oily kachori’s, food with rich oily gravy’s, burgers pizzas are eaten without any consideration about the health. Then one day standing in front of the mirror the realization dawns that “Mirror, Mirror on the wall whose the fattest of them all” this is usually the time when we are not able to fit into those old clothes that used to look trendy and stylish on us. We are suddenly faced with the fact that we get tired very easily while climbing stairs or get breathless and we find life style diseases like Diabetes and hypertension knocking at our doors. So what do we do to face this situation? We undertake a crash diet that suddenly cuts down on the food that we are used to eating and what is the result? The result is that we begin to feel starved and deprived of food. We run on low energy. The thoughts of food that we are used to and cherish eating begin to
haunt us. Some how we pull through the diet routine and once over our resolve to eat the crash diet gives way either half way through or to celebrate the completion of  our diet plan we start eating and celebrating like there is no tomorrow. All this extreme dieting and eating both is harmful for our body. Either we are not able to eat what is nutritious and healthy for our body or we starve ourselves by eating food that does not have enough calories to last us for the day and as a result we remain tired the whole day.
Scenario 2# 
A much better alternative is to take care of our body and diet on a day to day basis. We must maintain a healthy diet and include natural food products like honey in our daily diet.

Using UC Browser for a better internet experience

I am sitting in my office cab going to work on a Day when India is playing a crucial 20 - 20  cricket match and they have to win this match to advance into the final .The opposition team is balanced and it is going to be a tough and very exciting challenge for team India. So when my colleagues who claim to be equally big cricketing fans as I am ,are searching for excuses to bunk office. I am sitting so coolly in my office transport that is negotiating its way through the busy street traffic. So am I not a cricket fan who is prepared to forgo watching a crucial India cricket match or there is something more important in my life. The answer to both these questions is neither. Instead of being glued to the TV  and watching cricket I am carrying my cricket with me .The way I do so is by installing the UC Browser on to my mobile phone. This is a browser that just keeps reinventing itself. Reinventing my home with Reward me




I live in the city and in a small apartment. It is okay for me but when I visit my friends and see their spacious homes I invariably feel a pang of envy. I wish I could do something about the size of the flat. I was helpless as there was nothing I could do to increase the size. I could not afford a bigger flat and I decided to do my best to give a bigger look and feel to my flat.
 I looked around for ideas and help but I could not think of any thing concrete. Whenever my friends came over to my place for a chat or for a get together they always looked at my flat with critical eyes and complained of the cramped space and the small size of my flat. This caused me great distress and now I was determined to do something to change their view and attitude.

I began to read the article in the hope that it will help me in giving that extra edge to my flat. It spoke of 5 Decorating Ideas for Small Spaces
It said that the coziest spaces in our home are also the smallest. But just because they lack in size, it doesn’t mean they have to lack in charm. I agree and this is exactly what I wanted to do, to give my flat a bigger look.
I was simply bowled over by the idea of the mirror make over. It mentions that the entryway is usually one of the smallest spaces in a home. Adding a mirror or making over an existing mirror is one of the easiest decorating updates you can do, plus it helps the space feel bigger. I did this and no doubt it indeed gave a bigger feel.
I displayed all of the photos on a gallery wall giving it a classy look and removing the clutter from the table.
I liked the idea of using floating shelves in the bathroom giving me more space. I finally added a touch of greenery. I created a dish garden by planting collections of indoor plants in small teacups or vintage dishes and displayed them in the small nooks of my home. All these changes brought in a lot of appreciating looks and praises and my efforts were rewarded.

Lets Sing and Dance folks

I love to party sing and dance so my playlist is always tilted towards the peppy numbers that are boot foot tapping and easy to hum. Hey did I say easy to hum well that’s not always the case .At times the lyrics are hard to decipher specially when they are of another language like Punjabi is not my mother tongue.I am not the only one recently I attended a rain dance party where the DJ kept repeatedly referring to the Banno tera Swagger as “Banno tera Sweater” and it was hilarious Yet the  music more than binds us together irrespective of the fact that we may not be able to understand what the words actually mean.So all you song and dance lovers here goes my play list.
No.1 Banno Song from the movie Tanu weds Manu which has kangana ranaut and R Madhawan  It is a big hit at present and all over the TV, Radio and at all the functions ,weddings,sangeets etc . So whether you sing it as Banno tera Swagger as the lyricist meant it to be or “Banno tera Sweater ” as people have made it to be.



No.2 Ram Chahe Leela is a classic song which is from the movie Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-leela and despite some towering performances this remains the highpoint of the movie and reason for a repeat view all due to the music of the song and the beautiful dance moves of Miss Priyanka Chopra



No.3 Gandi Baat from  R...Rajkumar is a full on tap ori song with Sonakshi Sinha and Shahid Kapoor. I love it for its tapori enery and style so it finds a place in my playlist
No4. Fevicol Se Song from the Salman blokbusture Dabangg 2 has  Kareena Kapoor and  Salman Khan. The Fevicol Se number has stuck to my playlist for a long time now and I end up playing it at every party that I host!
No.5 I have a soft corner for the munni badnam hui song from Dabangg and has the ravishing Malaika Arora Khan grooving and singing to the tune of Munni badnam hui. It reminds me of the performances in the hinterland. It also gives me and my friends plenty of options to improvise while dancing and singing along.
No.6 Chammak Challo song from RA1 is loved by me not just for the cool moves by shahrukh khan and Kareena Kapoor but for the rendition  of the song by Akon Together it makes a deadly and mindblowing combination.

Sadi Gali Song with Kangna Ranaut and R Madhavan is a enjoyable song for the sheer energy and so much happeing in the backdrop that I cannot help but sing and dance along.
No8. Dilli wali girlfriend from the film
Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani has Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone lots of swagger and oomph
No.9 Badtameez Dil – The song from the film  Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani has  Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone  I simply love the song and dance sequence for the bindass carefree attitude conveyed . It  also depicts my mantra of life to a great extent.
  
No. 10 is Taazgi Ka Dhamaka video featuring Anushka MAnchanda and Allu Arjun
It is a great song sung by Anushka Manchanda and the Allu Arjun dance moves are equally spectacular and interesting to follow. It is a #maxfresh song that helps me live the maxfresh moments of our live to the fullest.
